1. When Refund is Applicable
Refund requests are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, broken, or defective at the time of delivery.

The request must be raised within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

The product should be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging intact.
If these conditions are not fulfilled, the request may be rejected.
2. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
To ensure transparency, customers must record a proper unboxing video while opening the parcel.
The video must clearly show:

The sealed courier packet before opening

The complete unboxing process

The defect or damage visible on the product
Refund claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.
3. Steps to Apply for Refund

Incomplete submissions may delay the verification process.
4. Verification & Approval Process
Once we receive your request:

After internal review and necessary discussion, a final decision will be communicated.
5. Refund Disbursement
If the refund is approved:

The amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

The refund will reflect within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
Shipping fees (if any) will not be refunded, except in cases where the product was delivered damaged.
6. Refund Will Not Be Processed In Following Cases
Refund requests will be declined if:

No unboxing video is provided.

The product is used or tampered with after delivery.

The complaint is raised after the 48-hour timeframe.
